Working as a rental real estate owner since 2012, we have so many positive experiences with tenants, mostly high skilled expats. our enthousiam and passion for this branche made us decide to continue on a professional level resulting into our own Rental Housing office.
Rental Housing aims to contribute to a positive and unforgettable experience in the rental process for tenants as well as houseowners by applying an extreme high service level. Rental Housing provides apartment rentals to expat individuals and international companies. We work directly with property owners.
Our team is very dedicated and available seven days a week for information, viewings, checkin/checkout and troubleshooting for both tenants as well as for landlords. We are available every day of the week and almost around the clock.
To expats we give free advise on all issues they might run into when arriving in the Netherlands. Practical issues such as finding a home, register at the municipal hall, but also on local information like shops, schools and public transport. All information is written collected in a booklet available exclusively for expats.
