Would you like to rent out your house for a short or longer period.
The Rental Housing team has over six years of experience in renting out homes in Amsterdam and Amstelveen. As we also own a portfolio of rental properties we know exactly what kind of situations you might run into and would like to avoid. We give free advise about subjects regarding renting out. Rental price
Together with you we decide on a rental price. Based on our experience we will give you free advise on possible adjustments to increase the speed of renting out the house and or increase the rental price. We present your house on our website as well as on Pararius.nl and other relevant rental websites. Apart from private citizens, expats and professionals are a growing target group of tenants.
After consulting you we can introduce your house to our partner HR departments in major international multinational companies.
Screening tenants
We plan a viewing of the house with candidate tenants. In case the applicant tenant wishes to rent your house we ask him/her to provide us relevant personal and financial documents so we can judge their financial basis.
In case you come to an agreement we draw a leasecontract documenting all terms and agreements made. On the day of check-in we draw a check-in report including pictures af the house. In the event of a tenant leaving after the leaseperiod, we are present and we will be assisting you for the checkout.
Our services are ‘no cure no pay’ based. All our contracts are monitored by an Amsterdam lawfirm specialized in rental law.
Other services
During the entire period of a rentalcontract you are welcome to consult us for support and advice.
Our other services are:
- Prepare Turnkey delivery of your home arranging cleaning, furnishing and styling. We can buy TV, washing machine and kitchen equipments. We can arrange the ‘full package’, your tenant only has to bring his luggage.
- Apply for TV/internet connection.
- Drawing the house ponting for your house
- Apply for an energycertificate of your home
- Financial and technical management of your property
For these services additional fees are applicable.
