Rental Housing offers a free booklet with all information on how to get settled in Amstelveen/Amsterdam. Your stay in Holland should become your best experience ever. Our team is very dedicated and available seven days a week for information, viewings, checkin/checkout and troubleshooting. There is no extra fee for the services.
The process:
Viewings
Select properties to view in person. Viewings can be at daytime, evening or weekends.
Application to rent
Make an application to rent a property and we will request you for the necessary documents
Check-in and settle in your new home
Move into your new home. We help manage the process including set up of utilities. Rental agreements are available in both English and Dutch. We draw a check in report at check in. We are happy to serve you in the best possible ways.
After moving in
We stay available to ensure your new house really feels like your new home. Please contact us for anything related to the house
Move out
Once you have decided to move out, we will be present at the check out and we’ll draw a check out report to ensure your deposit is settled fairly.
